Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our passionate Guest Services team! 32-hour work week, perfect opportunity to create your own work/life balance! You must be available to work 2 overnight shifts per week with additional shifts as required.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Front office administration duties – including reservations, accounts charge backs, cash handling and reception duties.
  • Completing daily reports/audit ensuring the accuracy of all financial information
  • Front Office operations, Check-in and Checkout
  • Process balancing and auditing of daily transactions
  • Responding to guest requests / handling emergencies that may occur
  • Adhering to hotel guest service standards
  • Maintain guest history
  • Manage wake up calls
  • Control key allocation
  • Assist departing groups with luggage

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Work a 7-day Rotating Roster
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Min of 1 year in similar Night Auditor role
  • Understanding of Night Auditing and Front Desk process
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience with CMS Front office system is an advantage
  • Ensure security procedures are followed at all times
  • Strong skills promoting and selling accommodation and facilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure high level of presentation in all accommodation areas.
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
