About the Role:

  • Delivering training to increase guest experience and ensure a highly knowledgeable team
  • Active implementation and adoption of approved promotions
  • Implement systems to increase revenue
  • Proactively seek industry trends
  • Create & maintain an environment; machine placement & room flow
  • Understanding, promoting and maintaining membership program
  • Run day to day operations of the Gaming room
  • Implementing and monitoring procedures to improve Gaming room operations
  • Providing weekly reports to management

 

About You:

As Gaming Manager, you will be an integral part of the leadership team responsible for the operations of the Gaming room. You will actively participate in the Gaming room operations, team management and provide feedback on the membership & loyalty program.

  • Relevant Tertiary Education, RSA, RCG, GMDC
  • Minimum 3 years in a Management Role
  • Self-Motivated, Results Orientated, Leads by Example
  • Passion for Hospitality, Guest Service, Gaming and People!
  • Leading and managing a Gaming Team
  • Effectively manage a seven-day rotating roster
  • Experience in budgets, financials, profit and loss statements essential
